Casco Bay Molding supplies Dental Cassettes / sterilization tray solutions for the medical and dental instrument Sterilization. Our Dental Cassettes - sterilization trays are comprised of a 304 Stainless Tray and Healthcare Grade Silicone Lid & Silicone Instrument gripping brackets. Patent Pending.

Our standard Stainless Tray & Silicone Lid and Bracket configuration is available in 10 Instrument (203x140x28mm or 8x5.5x1.1inches) and 5 Instrument (203x140x28mm or 8x2.9x0.8inches) configuration. We also offer a "Basket Style" sterilization cassette (203x140x35mm or 8x2.9x1.35inches). Our 10 Instrument cassette can be adapted to a  4 "Elevator Instrument" with custom made Silicone Brackets.

Our stretchable Sterilization Cassette Lids are design to be easy remove and install.  The color-coded Silicone lids reach over the lip of the stainless tray to secure the instruments. Silicone instrument retention members are fabricated into the underside of the 10 instrument lid securing the dental or medical instruments into the Silicone Instrument brackets. Color coding is achieved with our three standard lid colors translucent: Blue, Orange Green and Violet.
