Sterilization Tray, Dental Cassette: The Casco Bay Molding Sterilization Cassette is available in 10 instrument, 5 instrument and Basket Style Sterilization Cassette. This patent pending Silicone sterilization product line uses a 304 Stainless Steel base coupled with a stretchable Silicone lid that extends over the lip of the stainless tray. Color coding is acheived with one of our three standard translucent colors: Violet, Blue & Green.

Scuba Mouthpiece: Our Silicone rubber Scuba mouthpiece, developed with the assistance of underwater photographer Ethan Gordon, is designed with a long bite plate to reduce jaw fatigue by allowing divers to vary their bite during a dive. The soft, Class VI, healthcare grade Silicone conforms to various mouths sizes. The Scuba mouthpiece breathing hole is compatible with most Scuba regulators.

Scuba Octo Strap: Our Silicone Scuba Octo Strap or 2nd regulator holder prevents a divers 2nd regulator from encumbering the diver. The Octo Strap is produced with high elongation, safety yellow, liquid Silicone rubber. Casco Bay Molding is pleased to discuss any additional Scuba product development with inventors.

Detachable Silicone Snorkel Keeper: This unique Silicone buttonable device, invented by David Prichard of EnchantedSeaImages, allows divers to easily remove their snorkel without loosing the snorkel keeper. The Scuba diver simply unbuttoning one half of the silicone snorkel keeper, releasing the snorkel from the Scuba mask strap. The other half of the Silicone snorkel keeper remains attached to the snorkel while diver has the snorkel stored in his or her vest. After surfacing the snorkel can be easily re-buttoned to the mask strap.

Silicone Rubber Tie Wraps & Sports T-shirt Strap: The Silicone strap can be used to wrap computer cables or wires together. The silicone strap was designed to function as a Silicone Sports Sleeve Strap to wrap T-shirt sleeve in bundle providing easier movement and avoiding tan lines. The hypoallergenic, soft on skin, healthcare grade, Class VI, biocompatible Silicone Rubber Strap is available in a variety of colors.

Protective Silicone Rubber Cases: Casco Bay Molding has developed a line of protective, stylish liquid silicone rubber cases, know has CellularSkins®. Our silicone rubber cases have been designed for cellular phones, hand held computers and MP3 players. Most case models include an integrated belt clip. Casco Bay Molding continues to deliver silicone case solutions to major OEM handheld suppliers. We have produced case fitting various Creative Labs, Nokia, Sanyo, Siemans, Motorola, Dell and HP devices. We prefer to develop silicone cases with marketing partners willing to invest in silicone rubber injection tooling together.

Antique Vacuum Coffee Gasket: We produce the Silicone rubber Silex small neck gasket for the Silex Small Mouth vacuum coffee maker. We would be pleased to invest together in other Silicone coffee gaskets with a development partner willing to purchase 500 silicone gaskets to help defray the silicone rubber injection mold investment.
